What the Company records and why. Your particulars, identity and licence documents are sent to JIA AN Construction Pte. Ltd. and stored on a private server in Singapore. They are used only to register you correctly with MOM and the main contractor, to check that your licences cover the machine you are given, and to pay you. They are not shared outside the Company except where the law, MOM, or a main contractor's site rules require us to produce them. To ask what is held about you, or to correct it, contact the office on 8546 1360. 公司记录什么、为什么记。你的个人资料与身份、证书文件会发送给嘉安建筑，保存在新加坡的私有服务器上。用途仅限于：向 MOM 与总承包商正确登记你的身份、核对你的证书是否覆盖分配给你的机械、以及给你发薪。不会提供给公司以外的任何人——除非法律、MOM 或总包工地规定要求我们出示。如需查询或更正公司持有的你的资料，请联系办公室 8546 1360。
