Before you begin

  1. This handbook explains how JIA AN works and what is expected of you on site. Read all eight chapters and confirm each one. 本手册说明嘉安怎么运作、现场对你有什么要求。八章全部读完，逐章确认。
  2. If anything is unclear, ask before you confirm. Do not confirm something you do not understand. 有不清楚的地方，先问再确认。不理解的内容不要确认。
  3. The English text is the governing version. The Chinese text is provided to assist understanding. 英文为正式文本，中文供理解参考。
  4. Keep the link. This handbook stays online and is updated when things change. 链接留着。手册一直在线，情况有变会更新。

What this handbook is, and is not. It is a record that the handbook has been issued to you and that you have read it. It is not your employment contract. Your salary, overtime rate, allowances, leave entitlement and any deductions are set out in the employment contract you signed and itemised on your monthly payslip. Where this handbook and your contract differ, the contract governs. Nothing here waives any right you have under Singapore law.

本手册是什么、不是什么。它是一份记录，证明公司已把手册发给你、你已阅读。它不是你的雇佣合同。工资、加班单价、津贴、假期和扣款，以你签署的雇佣合同和每月工资单为准。手册与合同不一致时，以合同为准。本手册不放弃你在新加坡法律下的任何权利。

Your Particulars

个人资料
What the Company records. Your name, contact number, FIN or work permit number, handwritten signature, and which sections you confirmed are sent to JIA AN Construction Pte. Ltd. and stored on a server in Singapore. They are kept as the Company's record that this document was issued to you and acknowledged by you, and are used for no other purpose. They are not shared with anyone outside the Company except where the law or a main contractor's site requirements oblige us to produce them. To ask what is held about you, or to correct it, contact the Company at 8546 1360. 公司会记录什么。你的姓名、联系电话、FIN／工准证号、手写签名，以及你确认了哪些章节，会发送给嘉安建筑并保存在新加坡的服务器上。这些资料仅用于证明公司已向你发出本文件、你已确认，不作其他用途，也不会提供给公司以外的任何人——除非法律或总承包商的工地规定要求我们出示。如需查询或更正公司持有的你的资料，请联系公司 8546 1360。

I confirm that I have received the JIA AN Employee Handbook, that I have read and understood all eight chapters, and that I have had the opportunity to ask questions where clarification was required. I understand that this handbook is not my employment contract, and that my salary, leave and other terms are governed by the employment contract I signed.

This document is reviewed at least once every twelve months and reissued whenever the requirements change. Where a revision changes any requirement, a new acknowledgement is required from every crane operator.
