What we actually do
We put MOM-registered tower crane operators on your site and keep them there.
That is the business. Not a side line, not one of five services — it is the whole company. When a main contractor has cranes standing on a project and needs them run properly, on the shift pattern the programme demands, that is the call we take.
Where the scope includes it, we also handle erection, climbing and dismantling, routine maintenance and breakdown response, and we supply riggers and signalmen alongside the operators.
One thing we are upfront about: on most of our projects the cranes belong to the main contractor. We are not a plant hire company and we don't market ourselves as one. What we bring is the crew, the shift cover, and the compliance paperwork that keeps MOM and your site safety team satisfied.
Since February 2022
- 20 project sites across Singapore, 19 of them still running.
- 12 main contractors, from Chinese state-owned builders to local HDB specialists.
- 13 of those 20 sites are with contractors who came back to us — CHEC five times, Weima Builders four, LC&T twice, Chip Eng Seng twice.
That last number is the one we would point at. In this trade, contractors change crane crews when the crew doesn't turn up. Ours do.
At our last full count, in May 2026, we were running 48 cranes across 15 sites. The site list has grown since and we have not re-counted — so we give you the date with the number rather than round it up. Operator strength is around 50, as at August 2026.

How we run a site
Shift cover that holds. Day, night, or 24-hour rotation. We currently run night shift and round-the-clock rotations on several projects — that is not a one-off arrangement we're describing, it's the normal operating pattern for part of our crew.
Same-day replacement. Operators get sick, take leave, go home on emergency. We keep relief operators who already know the machines and hold the right certificates, so the crane doesn't stand idle waiting for a name to be cleared.
One person to call. You are not routed through a call centre. Site issues, shift changes, timecard disputes — one number, and it gets picked up.
Paperwork that survives an audit. Every operator is MOM-registered for the machine they're on. Timecards are signed on site and reconciled monthly against your records before we raise anything. Where we've handled erection and maintenance, inspection and service logs stay with the site file.
Safety, run with your team not against it. bizSAFE Level 3. Site-specific lifting arrangements agreed with your competent person, daily pre-start checks, toolbox briefings, PPE and rigging gear control, wind-speed cut-off discipline, and anti-collision planning where cranes overlap. We work to your HSE team's permit-to-work system, not a parallel one of our own.

We do not hold ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001. We'd rather say so than let a form imply otherwise. Quality control on our side runs on two things: only MOM-registered operators go on a machine, and every crane we maintain carries its own service and inspection record.

给工地派塔吊司机，并且保证人一直在。
就这一件事。不是我们业务里的一块，是全部。总包的塔吊立起来了，需要有证的人开、需要按工期排班——这时候找我们。
合同范围里有的话，塔吊的安装、顶升、拆卸、日常保养和故障响应我们也接，另外可以配套派起重工和信号工。
有一句话我们先讲清楚：大部分项目上，塔吊是总包的设备，不是我们的。我们不是设备租赁公司，也不打算包装成设备租赁公司。我们出的是人、是班次、是能过 MOM 和安全部门那一关的手续。
2022 年 2 月到现在
- 做过 20 个工地，其中 19 个还在跑。
- 服务过 12 家总包，中资央企和本地 HDB 专业户都有。
- 20 个工地里有 13 个，是同一家总包第二次以上找我们——中国港湾 5 次、威马 4 次、LC&T 2 次、Chip Eng Seng 2 次。
最后那个数字是我们自己最看重的。这一行换班组很快，人不到位就换掉了。我们的人到位。
最近一次完整清点是 2026 年 5 月，当时是 15 个工地、48 台塔吊。之后工地数还在涨，我们没再重新点过——所以这个数字我们连日期一起给，不四舍五入往上凑。司机人数约 50 人（2026 年 8 月）。

我们在现场怎么干
排班排得住。 日班、夜班、24 小时轮班都做。现在手上就有几个项目是夜班和 24 小时连轴——这不是我们举的个别例子，是一部分班组的常态。
当天能补人。 司机会生病、会请假、会家里出事。我们养着替班司机，机型熟、证齐全，不用等临时找人清证，塔吊不会因为一个名字卡在那儿空着。
只找一个人就行。 不用转接。现场的事、换班的事、工卡对不上的事，一个电话，有人接。
手续经得起查。 每个司机在他开的那台机型上都是 MOM 注册在册的。工卡现场签，每月先和总包的记录对平了再报。做过安装保养的项目，检验和保养记录留在工地档案里。
安全是配合贵司做，不是另搞一套。 bizSAFE Level 3。吊装方案跟贵司的 competent person 一起定，班前检查、班前会、PPE 和索具管控、风速停机纪律，多机作业的防碰撞规划。我们走贵司的动火/吊装许可体系，不会在旁边另立一套。

- Start years are taken from the earliest contract, work order or claim on file. A dash means the start date has not yet been reconciled against a document — we would rather leave it blank than round it.
- Crane counts carry the date they were counted. Numbers move month to month as cranes climb, get dismantled or get added, so we date every figure rather than let one quietly go stale. The last full count was 48 cranes across 15 sites in May 2026; the site list has grown since and has not been re-counted. Current deployment on any specific project is confirmed on request.
- Operator strength: around 50 tower crane operators, as at August 2026.
- Contract values and rates are not published. Those belong to the contract between us and that particular contractor.
Earlier records
KSH Holdings Limited — industrial / factory project, recorded in our May 2026 project register with 4 cranes. It does not appear in the current site register, so we list it here as a past engagement rather than a live one. KSH also appears in the pre-incorporation record below (Commonwealth Avenue, MOE project), making it one of the longest-running relationships the team has.
Before JIA AN (2021–2022)
The team behind JIA AN ran tower crane crews on 18 further sites before the company was incorporated, working with Tiong Seng Holding Group, China Construction (South Pacific), VICO Construction, HPC Builder, KSH Holdings, Sunray Woodcraft, Precise Development, Nanjing Dadi, Eng Seng Lee, Trinity Construction, Maestro Bee and Quek Hock Seng, among others.
This is team experience, not JIA AN's corporate track record, and we present it that way. Where a pre-qualification form asks for the company's own history, we answer from February 2022 onwards.

Every worker we deploy is covered. A copy of the certificate is displayed at our place of business as the regulations require, and we can provide it for your site file on request.
What we do not hold
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 — none.
We would rather write that plainly than tick a box and hope nobody checks. Where a pre-qualification form asks how quality and safety are controlled in the absence of a certified management system, our answer is:
- Safety runs on the bizSAFE Level 3 framework — risk management plan, site-specific lifting arrangements, daily pre-start checks, toolbox briefings, PPE and rigging gear control, and coordination with the main contractor's HSE team.
- Quality runs on two hard rules: only MOM-registered operators go on a machine, and every crane under our maintenance carries its own service and inspection record.
Product accreditation — not applicable. We are a service subcontractor, not a manufacturer.
